Payment & Refund Policy

This Payment and Refund Policy (the “Policy”) applies to payment transactions and refunds on HONEYTOON (“We” or “the Site”). It should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Use.
Payment method
Our primary payment method is credit/debit card payment unless otherwise stated on the payment page. Payments for coins and subscriptions on the site are charged in US dollars unless you see another currency sign on the payment page. Your bank converts your local currency to US dollars upon payment and may take the commission for this conversion or some additional fees for the transaction.
Purchase of parts
A user can obtain coins by paying the price determined by us. The method of purchasing coins, the unit of purchase, the currency, the payment method, etc., are made available on the site. Coins are valid for up to 5 years from the date of purchase. Coins can only be used on the expiration date, and all remaining coins will expire after the expiration date. No refunds are possible for expired coins. The method of purchasing coins and prices are subject to change. Coins purchased or received by a user do not generate any interest earnings. Purchased coins will be credited to the account of the user who made the purchase. Please see the Payment and Subscription Terms section of the Terms of Use for more information.
Cancellation of subscription
Unsubscribing means that auto-renewal will be turned off, but you will still have access to all subscription features for the remaining time until the end of the current period. If you have subscribed to our Site, you can unsubscribe by contacting support at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Refund policy
Generally, all fees paid by you for products on the Site are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in this Policy, or it is required to refund you under the mandatory provisions of the laws of your jurisdiction.
Note for residents of certain US states. If you are a California resident and have canceled the Terms of Use, without penalty or obligation, at any time before midnight of the third business day following your registration on the Site, we will return to you within ten days of the date on which you gave your notice of cancellation, all payments you have made.
Note for EU residents. You hereby request immediate execution of the Terms of Use and acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw from the Terms of Use once they are fully executed. Therefore, if you cancel the Terms of Use for any reason and without justification within 14 calendar days of your registration on the Site, you are entitled to a pro rata refund (i.e., for unspent coins only). Any refund other than that provided for by mandatory provisions of laws (“voluntary refund”) can only be made in accordance with this policy. Please note that if you have violated our Terms of Use, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.
Unspent Coins. We may, at our discretion, refund the value of unused (unspent) Coins for which you have already paid if (i) you mistakenly purchased Coins without any intention of doing so. However, you are not entitled to voluntary refund if your mistake has nothing to do with the product (e.g. the expected surcharge); or (ii) your account is blocked/terminated (usually at your request). Please note that you can request a refund of unspent credits no more than 5 (five) times. For the avoidance of doubt, the bonus Coins provided to you free of charge are not refundable under any circumstances.
Spent Coins. We may, at our discretion, refund the Coins you have spent in your Member Balance or return their monetary value to you for any of the following reasons:
Fraud, identity theft, unauthorized payments: Your credit card has been stolen or hacked, and your coins have been purchased and spent using your stolen card or hacked e-wallet;
Failure to Provide Services: We have failed to provide the Services to you under our Terms of Service.
Please note that providing you with a refund does not obligate us to provide you with any other refunds that are not properly justified. We consider each refund request separately and decide whether to grant refunds strictly according to this Policy.
Refund procedure

You can submit a voluntary refund request within 120 calendar days of your payment if the payment is made with a credit/debit card. We reserve the right to decline the voluntary refund request if it is submitted later than the conditions stated above.
Please accompany each refund request with evidence to support the existing reasons for refund. With your evidence, we will be able to verify your request and also improve our service. We reserve the right to ask you for additional information to process your request properly. We need a minimum of 48 hours to carefully review your request and contact you for clarification or resolution, if necessary. Please note that if an investigation has been initiated on your complaint submitted with a refund request, no refund will be issued until the investigation is complete. We reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund, at our discretion, in particular, but not limited to, in cases where your refund request is only partially justified, or we have evidence that contradicts the information provided in your refund request. We
also reserve the right to reject your refund request without any compensation and without any right of recourse if, for any reason, you fail to respond to communications sent by us requesting additional information within seven calendar days of our communication.
For the avoidance of doubt, providing a refund hereunder does not constitute an admission of any breach of any kind and constitutes evidence of any alleged unlawful act or omission on our part.
Disputed Payments (Chargebacks)
Please note that a chargeback is NOT a refund. To avoid making a chargeback, even unintentionally, we recommend our customers to always contact our support team before contacting their bank in any possible situation.
